If you feel this is the right time for counselling then contact me for an appointment
The first appointment will be a 50 min assessment session and this will enable me to see if I can help you, and for you to see if you want to work with me. If we decide we can work together I would contract for initially 6 sessions, which we will review and decide together if we need to extend or finish after the 6 sessions.
I see clients from 18 yrs onwards for face to face, Telephone or Zoom online for individual counselling
